New Year’s Day and New Year’s Eve symbolize the end of the year but also the beginning of a new one. We recap the year that is about to end and get ready for the new year to come.

THE FITNESS EXPERIENCE

One of the biggest trends on the rise is “The Fitness Experience” trend- people want an experience, not just a gym with machines. Maybe it’s because we are still recovering from Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns which forced us to miserably workout from home all alone, we all seek -now more than ever- for an experience. We want to have everything under one roof- great gym, classes, wellness services and lounge areas.

Here at Fly-High Fitness Center, we are proud to continue to give you the best fitness experience. We were doing it before, but in 2023, we will step up our game even more. Other than new classes, we are so proud to present you with the ultimate fitness experience, presenting our new and latest additions- the new ball courts! We offer a basketball court, a soccer court and a volleyball court! On top of the new courts, wellness services, steam rooms and plunge pools and unbeatable lounge area, we are very excited to announce that this summer we are going to launch our new swimming pool! The swimming pool will open in May 2023 so you can enjoy the full mind and body experience, served by Fly-High Fitness Center.

THIS YEAR YOU WILL EAT HEALTHY FOODS

It’s not a secret that fitness and diet go hand in hand. This year, you will eat healthier as you have healthy alternatives in the Fly High Lounge! Diets such as intermittent fasting or keto diets became mainstream, and people are constantly seeking for healthy ways to lose weight fast.

While there is no magic when it comes to diet, we recommend eating a variety of foods to provide your body with the health benefits it needs to get stronger and healthier. Focus on iron-rich foods, high-protein foods to build muscle (protein foods includes both vegan and non-vegan options so you can choose what works best for you), healthy fats such as avocado, high fiber foods as fiber foods will make you feel full and support GI activity, calcium-rich foods, vitamin B12 foods as well as low-calories & complex carbs such as sweet potato.

Your diet has a direct impact on your fitness goals but also on how your day-to-day life will look like, how energetic you will feel and even on your brain activity!

When people tell you about this new and exciting type of yoga where you can fly in the air for an hour while getting fit, act surprised! Yes, 2023 is going to be the year of Aerial yoga! The hottest and trendiest workout that is already available just for you here at Fly-High Fitness Center, is going to be the most desirable workout of the new year! Alongside the fitness experience we will all be after in 2023, we will also look for new and fun ways to workout, to make it feel like less of a “workout”. This is going to bring to the front new workouts that are experience-curated rather than traditional fitness-focused workouts.

Don’t get confused, Aerial yoga is very challenging and you will work very hard and get fit, but the unique environment and the experience of flying will almost make you forget it’s “just another fitness class”!
